First, ensure you're using the correct portal URL (emisportal.moegh.com). Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then retry. If the issue persists, contact your District EMIS Officer or submit a support request above.
Dashboard data reflects the most recent verified census submission. If data appears incorrect, confirm the census form was correctly submitted and approved by your district office. Corrections are processed each census cycle.
All census forms and templates are available on the Downloads page. Use Chrome or Edge for best compatibility. Enable macros in Excel after opening .xlsm files.
GPI (Gender Parity Index) = Female Enrolment ÷ Male Enrolment. A value of 1.0 indicates perfect parity. Values below 1.0 indicate more males enrolled; above 1.0 indicates more females. Check the EMIS Dictionary for full definitions.
Data is updated annually following each school census cycle (typically completed by Q2). The dashboard reflects the latest approved and verified dataset. Partial updates occur as data is validated.
